Mark Jones is a highly qualified and experienced outdoor educator and key team member of Adventure Philosophy. In January and February 2001, the Adventure Philosophy team paddled their way into the history books by completing the first Sea Kayak traverse of the Antarctic Peninsula. They have completed the first circumnavigation of the "unclaimed coast" of South Georgia island by kayaks in 2005.
